We're in a constant battle here to keep our weight down. My husband is on the Atkins diet. I'm more of a Dean Ornish type, i.e., low-fat, complex carbs, etc. But, this morning, I found bags of chips on the kitchen counter after my husband came home from the supermarket. Evidently the America's de-facto national holiday of Superbowl Sunday calls for the mass consumption of non-complex carbohydrates. I guiltily ate some chips alone in the kitchen. Why does bad food taste so good?
